OP831 is designed for bidirectional insertion loss testing of single core and multi-core jumpers. The built-in light source optical power meter, along with OPL8 testing software, can achieve fully automatic bidirectional insertion loss testing.

This instrument can be installed on a rack, with single mode and multimode versions, and can choose from single wavelength or dual wavelength lasers or LED light sources.
