FastMT SYSTEMS

FastMT is a robotic desktop fiber scope that quickly inspects a wide variety of

optical fiber end faces. This revolutionary system dramatically increases

throughput while lowering labor costs without sacrificing reliable quality control.

FastMT is operator-independent, eliminating the subjectivity of outdated

manual fiber scopes. Automated software passes or fails a part in just a matter

of seconds based on pre-loaded IEC specs or customer-specified test criteria.

FastMT can be used throughout the entire supply chain from manufacturing

to cable assembly and production. The data and corresponding images can be

viewed at the conclusion of a test, and are archived for document control.

Single page reports can be printed, providing well-documented, certifiable

Quality Assurance that helps to eliminate supply chain friction.

FastMT comes in three different models (FasMT-080x, 200x, and 400x) to

provide maximum processing speed and capability based on each company's

specific priorities. The 80x can inspect lens-based connectors, operators can

view the entire ferrule LIVE using the 200x, and the 400x provides high

resolution for the most stringent requirements.
